Over the next few weeks the national annual GP Patient Survey is sent out to patients.
Only a small percentage of our patients will receive a survey, therefore every response counts. If you have received one we would really appreciate it if you could take the time to complete the questionnaire.
There are a quite a few questions but your responses will help us to understand how you feel about the service we are delivering.
We hope that you notice the improvements we continue to make and how we try to act on feedback and this will be reflected in your responses. It’s always challenging to keep up with patient demand but we try really hard to offer the best service we can with the resources available to our growing patient population.
